Oklahoma statute, Title 10, section 601.6 requires the Office of Juvenile System Oversight to investigate complaints concerning any area of the juvenile service system. The juvenile service system includes, but is not limited to, child welfare matters, foster care matters, and education matters. Any member of the public can make a complaint, and reporters remain confidential
unless disclosure is ordered by a court of law.
